Overview

FPF2290 は、低 RON 内部 FET および 2.5 V から 23 V の動作範囲を特徴としています。内部クランプは ±100 V のサージ電圧をシャントして、ダウンストリーム・コンポーネントを保護し、 システムの 堅牢性を高めることができます。 FPF2290 は 過電圧保護を 備えていて、出力電圧が OVP 閾値を超えると内部 FET の 電源 を切ります。OVP 閾値 の 選択 には、 ロジック 選択 ピン (OV1 および OV2) を使います。また、過熱保護もあり 130°C (標準) になるとデバイスの電源を切ります。 FPF2290 は 完全 「グリーン」 対応の 裏面 ラミネート 加工 1.3 mm × 1.8 mm ウェハレベル・ チップスケール・パッケージ (WLCSP) で提供されます
