Overview

NCV7708F は完全に保護されたヘックス・ハーフブリッジ・ドライバで、車載用と産業用の動作制御アプリケーションに特化して設計されています。6 つのローサイドおよびハイサイド・ドライバは自由に構成可能であり、個別に制御できます。これにより、ハイサイド、ローサイド、ハーフブリッジ制御が可能です。ハーフブリッジ制御の状態には、フォワード、リバース、ブレーキ、高インピーダンスがあります。標準 SPI インタフェースで制御されます。
