Overview

NCV7120 は、6 チャネル・ソレノイド電流コントローラで、ディスクリート N−FET に対応したローサイド・プリドライバを搭載しています。このチップは、正確に電流コントロールされたソレノイド・アプリケーションで使用できます。 プリドライバ・チャネルはそれぞれ、プログラミング可能な PWM 電流コントローラとディザリング変調器を持ちます。NCV7120 には SPI 経由でアクセスできます。安全および保護のため、このチップは 3 つのハイサイド・プリドライバを備えています。3 つのうち 2 つは、コモン・トップ・プリドライバの切り替えに使用できます。残りの 1 つは、アクティブ逆極性保護に使用できます。 NCV7120 は、高度な診断機能とフォルト保護機能を備えています。
