Overview

FPF2286 は、低オン抵抗シングルチャネル・スイッチを搭載した OVP です。このデバイスにある N-MOSFET は入力電圧範囲 2.8 ～ 23 V の入力電圧範囲で動作でき、最大 4A 連続電流をサポートできます。入力電圧が過電圧閾値を超えると、内部 FET が直ちにオフになり、保護されたダウンストリーム・コンポーネントの損傷を防ぎます。FPF2286 は小型の 6 バンプ WLCSP パッケージで提供され、-40℃ から +85℃ の外気温度範囲で動作します。

  • Robust ESD performance - 2kV Human Body Model (HBM) - 1kV Charged Device Model (CDM) - VIN tolerant to 35V residue-voltage during surge event
