Overview

NCV7240は車載8チャネル・ロー・サイド・ドライバで、チャネルごとの駆動能力は最大600 mAです。出力制御はSPIポート経由で、オープン・ロード（グランドへのショート）/過負荷/過熱状態による障害をレポートする有用なものです。 加えて、出力の並列制御iはINxピン経由で（ペアで）アドレッサブルです。 専用のリンプ・ホーム・モード・ピン（LHI）で、OUT1～OUT4を有効化し、OUT5～OUT8を無効化します。 各出力ドライバは過負荷電流から保護され、誘導負荷に対応する出力クランプがあります。NCV7240はSSOP24ヒューズ・リード・パッケージで提供されます。
